Knightvest Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional at the Beacon Lakes—Dickinson, TX property. You will lead tours, convert inquiries to residents, and coordinate leasing from application to move-in while delivering excellent resident service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, weekend availability, and teamwork within a dynamic, customer-first culture at Knightvest Residential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Apartment leasing or property management experience is a plus.
• Experience with property management software; OneSite is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
• Knowledge of lease agreements and Fair Housing; training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community with in-person and virtual tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert leads into residents with prompt follow-up across channels.
• Support marketing and leasing traffic through online listings and events.
• Guide applicants through the leasing journey and document review.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience and address concerns.
• Maintain show-ready homes and ensure move-in readiness.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
