Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• At least 2 years of sales experience required.
• Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model homes and apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, facilities, and lease terms.
• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposits.
• Inspects condition of premises and arranges for maintenance as needed.
• Makes recommendations on advertising methods to generate traffic.
• Demonstrates punctuality and reliability in scheduling and attendance.
