Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Professional for Briarwood & Village Ceres servicing Turlock and Ceres, CA. You will conduct property tours, process applications, and execute renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or leasing, are proficient with MS Office and property management systems, and can work weekends. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in sales or leasing.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Goal oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with Yardi, MRI, or other property management systems.
• Available to work weekends for tours during peak hours.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic.
• Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate new prospects through events and follow-ups.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and compliance with regulations.
