CAF Management - Franciscan at Bear Creek is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, give tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission and opportunities to grow within the company.

You’ll work with marketing, maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction, maintain records in Entrata, and stay current on market trends, pricing and availability.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Entrata or property management software.
• Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
