Brookside Properties in Louisville, KY is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Edwin. You’ll tour apartments, close leases, collect deposits, and keep accurate records while delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or sales experience recommended; leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartments and close leases
• Collect deposits and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Support marketing and resident engagement
• Ensure apartments are ready for tours
• Provide excellent customer service while following Fair Housing guidelines
