Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; Entrata experience a plus.
• Familiar with Facebook and Instagram.
• Able to walk the property, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate resident and property records.
• Ensure model units and target apartments are tour-ready.
• Provide timely, courteous responses to resident inquiries.
• Conduct daily property inspections and market the community locally and online.
• Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and leasing policies.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
