Job summary

Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for Echelon/Crescent Apartments in Wauwatosa, WI. This role combines sales, marketing and resident retention duties with strong customer service to ensure a premium living experience.

Weekend shifts are required and prior leasing experience is preferred. Competitive wages start at $17/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) match and generous PTO/holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred, but not required.
• Weekend shifts are required for leasing positions.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete knowledge of the apartment community.
• Respond to email and phone leads and convert to on-site tours.
• Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments.
• Process applications and draft lease agreements using templates.
• Follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times.
• Know competitive products and communicate market conditions to the team.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist residents with issues.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Support overall property management efforts.

Job Details: Job Location: Echelon - Wauwatosa, WI 53226, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00, Job Shift: Day, Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for aFull-TimeapartmentLeasing Professionalto complete our team at Echelon/Crescent Apartments, a luxury apartment community located in Wauwatosa, WI.

If you excel at customer service, are personable, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you're a great fit for a role as a Leasing Professional with Mandel! As a Leasing Professional, you'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties. You'll work closely with the other office team members and facilities staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we’re providing the finest customer service possible.

Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred along with computer skills. Please note that leasing positions will require weekend shifts.

What you'll do as a Leasing Consultant:

• Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community;
• Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units;
• Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments;
• Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template;
• Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times;
• Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team;
• Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns;
• General administrative duties;
• Other duties to assist overall property management efforts.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive wages plus bonus & commissions (starting wage of $17/hour)
