Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using Entrata is a plus.
• Able to use Facebook and Instagram for marketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
• Maintain model apartments and curb appeal.
• Assist with resident retention and community events.
• Perform daily property inspections.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing documentation.
• Follow Fair Housing and company policies.
