Job summary

Towne Properties Asset Management Company in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Leasing Professional for Summit at Keystone. The role includes engaging with prospects, showcasing model units, and coordinating tours and follow-ups.

You’ll support applications, renewals, and move-ins while maintaining a welcoming community. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of multifamily leasing or sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or relevant sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and showcase model apartments.
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi.
• Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications.
• Ensure a smooth move-in experience and property readiness.
