Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Leasing Professional for Solstice of Fairburn, a 300+ unit property in Fairburn, GA. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, and apply knowledge of the community to match needs and close leases.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience, understand Fair Housing, reliable transportation, and value a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; bilingual is a plus; PTO and birthday observance are noted

Qualifications

• Leasing experience required with solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Customer service orientation and ability to engage with the public.
• Ability to communicate features and benefits to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the community and apartment models.
• Apply product knowledge to match customer needs and close leases.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.

• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
