Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures.

You will interact directly with residents and prospects, delivering exceptional service and building welcoming experiences while supporting high occupancy and renewals across communities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to the success of our community.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call home. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional service, and create welcoming experiences for every resident and prospect you meet.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $21.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)
