Volkswagen Financial Services seeks a Senior Leasing Product Strategy & Performance Specialist to drive development and market introduction of new mobility and financing concepts from Reston, VA.

The role partners with VW Credit and brand teams to manage lifecycle of Retail Finance products, deliver strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional efforts in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in product management, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience taking new product concepts from concept to implementation.
• Experience analyzing data and building financial models.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user interviews, focus groups, surveys to shape new product concepts.
• Build and evaluate business cases for product concepts and launches.
• Lead planning, execution, reporting for Retail Finance products and pilots.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, finance, IT, and logistics.
• Monitor industry trends and manage partnerships with legal and external stakeholders.
