CAF Management - Derby Park in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase community features. You will guide applicants through the leasing process and maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.

You’ll engage with prospects via phone, email and in person, support move-ins and renewals, and collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• Physical activities (50% to 100%):
• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)
• Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)

Lifting/Carrying

• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
