Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our on-site leasing team. You will build relationships with current and prospective residents, pursue leads, and close sales while mentoring Community Assistants and collaborating with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to hit sales goals.

The role emphasizes social media and digital marketing skills, with a pay rate of $17 per hour plus shared commission, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing or sales experience.
• Social media and digital marketing experience.
• Desire to work with residents and build relationships.
• True team player eager to help build the business.

Responsibilities

• Know all amenities and features of the property and how to favorably compare them to the competition.
• Attend local events that are related to housing or the general marketing of the community.
• Provide ideas to the Leasing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year.
• Accept application fees and security deposit payments from future residents and follow procedures regarding documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the show unit(s), tour route, and leasing office.
• Assist property leadership with multiple projects.
