Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create ads and advertise vacant properties as directed.
• Prepare touring environment and ensure curb appeal for vacant units.
• Obtain applications and screen applicants per policy and law.
• Enter traffic into system and follow up with potential tenants.
• Prepare occupancy reports and market surveys.
• Inspect vacant units and coordinate with maintenance for rent-ready status.
• Stock and distribute leasing materials; manage keys and resources.
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as needed.
