Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Baton Rouge properties. The role focuses on guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience in multifamily housing and LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge, with the ability to collaborate with the Community Director to meet property goals and drive resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs including Section 8 and LIHTC preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to market and lease units while ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications and screenings under Section 8/LIHTC guidelines.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate lease signings and renewals with property management and compliance terms.
• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
