CloudTen Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional in Vancouver, WA to market and promote units, conduct tours, and secure commitments with prospective residents. This role supports the Community Manager and aims for exceptional resident service and accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include handling leases, deposits, and move‑in packets, while staying informed on pricing, policies, and market trends. Prior leasing experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience in property management.
• Lease‑up experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with OneSite is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Entrata Software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly to prospects.
• Secure commitments and complete leasing paperwork promptly.
• Support marketing efforts with input on promotions and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and unit features.
