Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You’ll stay informed on market conditions, execute marketing plans, and manage data in on-site software. Responsibilities include handling show units, following up with prospects and residents, and supporting lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and background checks.
• Maintaining lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through on-site and online marketing activities.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents and coordinate renewals.
