Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating leasing and renewal activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance for punch items.
• Develops marketing plans to boost occupancy and drives traffic using online tools.
• Executes marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, and uses online platforms for listings.
• Uses property management software to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Inspects show units for quality and coordinates maintenance needs for show units.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and coordinating timing.
