Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about properties.
• Marketing and promoting available properties; conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries; set appointments.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for property management.
