RedPeak is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional in Denver to serve as a brand ambassador and main contact for prospective residents. You will lease apartments by listening to needs, presenting options, and guiding applicants through the process with attention to detail and timely follow-through.

This role emphasizes occupancy, lead development, and resident satisfaction. You'll handle tours, coordinate with the Sales Manager, run checks, and maintain accurate records in Yardi and other

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy to 95% or higher and manage lease flow paperwork.
• Lead development through calls, tours, and follow-ups; coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Retain residents by delivering proactive service and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily sales goals and maintain records in software.
