Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Leasing Professional to act as a brand ambassador and main contact for customers across online, phone, and in-person interactions. You will lease apartments by discovering and exceeding client expectations, helping residents find the right home in Central Denver.

As a Multi-Site professional, you’ll handle a variety of product types and collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals. This role is on-site with a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Denver.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service ability.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver and multi-site setting.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) is a perk.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy through lease flow and move-in process.
• Lead development and convert leads into tours and leases.
• Respond to calls/leads promptly and build value during showings.
• Stay informed on availability, amenities, neighborhoods.
• Conduct zone walks and quality control checks.
• Compile market surveys and shop comps.
