Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, and online.
• Conduct professional property tours and deliver an exceptional prospect experience.
• Coordinate lease signings and move-in preparations.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and leasing reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to share market feedback and trends.
