Weinstein Properties in Richmond, VA is seeking a Leasing Operations Manager to lead front-line resident services, team interactions, and a fast-paced, guest-focused experience across our Virginia communities.

This on-site role requires leadership and strong communication, with a starting pay of $23/hour plus quarterly bonuses and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. We offer hands-on training, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits as part of our customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Property management experience is a plus, but not required if you have solid management experience from customer service, sales or hospitality environments.
• Willingness to be on your feet, engage with prospects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Training and coaching provided to develop necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident leads via internet, phone, schedule tours and show properties.
• Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, collect deposits and execute leases.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and manage renewals, notices, move-outs, and account questions.
• Coordinate with maintenance; conduct property walk-throughs and address needs.
• Create a great move-in experience for residents.
• Assist with move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
• Post rent payments and follow up on balances.
• Plan and host resident activities.
• Lead the team and assist the Property Manager as needed.
