Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Richmond, VA communities. You’ll be the first voice prospective residents hear, guiding them through the leasing journey and building strong relationships with residents and the team.

No leasing experience is required; we value energy, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset. Training is provided, with a schedule that includes weekdays and some Saturdays to support events and tours.

Qualifications

• No leasing experience required; we value the right mindset and energy.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays and events.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey and build relationships.
• Sell and close lease agreements while providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks and help maintain property appearance.
