Job summary

Associa in the Twin Cities area is seeking an Assistant Manager, Leasing Coordinator to drive leasing across Class B/C multifamily communities. This salaried, full-time role focuses on stabilizing occupancy and supporting branch leadership.

You will manage marketing, showings, applications, renewals, and operations, collaborating with the RHOME Branch Manager. A real estate license with six months to obtain is preferred, Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate leasing or multifamily property management experience.
• Active real estate license or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing and leasing activities for occupied and vacant units (ILS platforms, community website, signage, etc.).
• Coordinate prospective tenants, conduct showings, and pre-qualify applicants.
• Manage application processing, tenant screening, and lease generation/execution.
• Assist in operational decisions related to move-ins, move-outs, applications, and deposit disposition, as assigned by supervisor.
