Job summary

ArtHaus Properties is seeking a Leasing Operations Coordinator in Oakland to ensure presentation-ready properties, accurate marketing, and coordinated leasing initiatives across the portfolio. The role focuses on quality control, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration with GTM and Leasing Specialists.

You will drive centralized leasing initiatives, supervise data reporting, and support vendor and property teams to maintain brand standards while coordinating with the Director of Leasing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills across competing deadlines and multiple properties.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate standards into practical guidance for property-level teams.
• Experience coordinating with global or distributed teams and holding service-quality standards.
• Based in Oakland/East Bay area, with ability to travel to properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the prospect's sense of arrival for tours; ensure curb appeal, entry sequence, and common areas align with brand standards.
• Track unit turn timelines and confirm rent-readiness prior to schedule.
• Coordinate walkthroughs to verify presentation standards and flag gaps for resolution.
• Maintain ministaging inventory and support Matterport 3D sign-off.
• Build and maintain leasing/marketing performance reports from Yardi and related systems.
