Job summary

Alliance HTX in Houston seeks a Manager, Moves & Inspection (Main Office) to lead leasing administration, inspection coordination, and HUD compliance. This role directs RFTA processing, rent reasonableness analysis, and inspection scheduling while ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to the Administrative Plan.

Exemplary candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6 years of leadership experience, and strong operational compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Six (6) years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated operational and compliance expertise.
• Bondable and eligible for agency insurance requirements.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications related to housing or compliance preferred.
• Experience within a public housing authority preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing transaction oversight and RFTA processing.
• Govern rent reasonableness and market analysis activities.
• Manage inspection scheduling coordination and abatements.
• Ensure regulatory documentation compliance with HUD leasing requirements.
• Set performance standards for leasing operations and audit readiness.
• Direct corrective action responses to monitoring findings and escalate systemic risks.
