Qualifications

• Experience supporting busy executives or managing complex workflows is important.
• Commercial real estate or leasing exposure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting executive leasing leadership with deal tracking, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Managing leasing documentation, lease files, and critical dates.
• Assisting with LOIs, lease processing, tenant coordination, and reporting.
