Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, leasing, marketing or hospitality.
• Must obtain a leasing license or broker’s license within 120 days of hire.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Personable, energetic with a strong desire to help and service the consumer.
• Strong computer skills, including Yardi and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expert knowledge about the assigned community and its benefits.
• Maintains knowledge about the neighborhood and surrounding community.
• Keeps leasing records current and follows up per best practices.
• Cultivates a positive customer service culture.
• Guides leasing team to manage reputation, social media, website, and listings to meet goals.
• Conducts property tours and drives new leases.
• Assists Resident Manager and service teams to deliver an exceptional move-in experience.
• Participates in leasing and resident engagement events.
• Delivers informative and personalized tours that convert to leases.
• Guides applicants through the process and completes lease files on approval.
• Prepares renewal lease packages and conducts renewal meetings.
• Reports all incidents to management per procedures.
• Adheres to company policies and relevant housing laws.
