Job summary

The Habitat Company, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Leasing and Marketing Specialist to drive leasing and marketing operations for an assigned community and elevate the resident experience.

You will manage the full lifecycle from inquiry to move-in, convert leads into residents, coordinate tours, applications, renewals, and work with the Community Manager to execute marketing plans while ensuring compliance and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, sales, leasing, marketing or hospitality.
• Must have or obtain a leasing license within 120 days of hire.
• Strong computer skills with Yardi and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing and marketing operations for an assigned community.
• Convert leads into residents and coordinate tours, applications, and move-ins.
• Collaborate with Community or Resident Manager on marketing plans.
• Support retention with a positive, community-focused environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly leasing activity reports.
