ZRS Management is seeking a leasing consultant to attract and screen tenants, provide information on available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will ensure a smooth leasing process, conduct property tours, and coordinate with the property manager to meet occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Leasing properties to prospective tenants and maintaining high occupancy
• Market properties, conduct property tours, screen applicants, negotiate leases
• Collaborate with property manager and team to meet leasing goals and uphold standards
• Stay informed on local rental trends and regulations
• Participate in marketing events to maximize property visibility
• Prepare lease documents and assist residents through move-in
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email channels
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports
• Address resident needs promptly and uphold confidentiality and policies
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month
