Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and terms.
• Familiarity with online marketing, prospect tracking, and lead follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and lease documents.
• Record information from residents at move-in and maintain data in systems.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the property.
• Plan and execute events and outreach to generate referrals and new leads.
• Maintain show-ready units and ensure property standards for show quality.
