Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Sales and Leasing Specialist for El Adobe Estates. You will drive sales and marketing for the community, develop marketing plans, and coordinate with property staff to maximize occupancy and asset performance.

Responsibilities include managing online presence, lead tracking, building relationships with prospective residents, and executing events and PR to promote the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies; hands-on marketing experience is preferred.
• Technical marketing skills and knowledge of marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Working with Community Managers and Sales & Marketing teams to meet financial goals.
• Ensure a strong internet presence and monitor marketing activity and results.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to develop marketing plans for assets.
• Manage lead tracking and document correspondence in the database.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and communicate Lakeshore's mission.
