Job summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a Leasing Specialist to assist the Leasing Manager with property marketing, branding and leasing programs. You will create marketing collateral, support events, and help drive occupancy goals while maintaining policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing calendars, conducting site tours, and processing lease applications. Strong communication, organization and a heavy sales focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience with Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service
• High School Diploma required, college level marketing coursework preferred
• Heavy sales and marketing focus required

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Manager with national branding, programs and marketing goals
• Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral; ensure accuracy of printed materials
• Plan, prepare and implement marketing and leasing events and calendars
• Assist with move-in process, tours, and lease signing
• Conduct marketing surveys and competitive shop; complete Marketing Reports
• Handle application verifications and lease paperwork in a timely manner
