Job summary

The Michaels Organization is a national leader in residential real estate with full-service capabilities in development, management, construction, and investment. This role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into residents, and achieving occupancy goals for the property.

Two+ years in Marketing/Leasing with strong communication and organization is required; High School Diploma is necessary, with marketing coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience with Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service.
• High School Diploma required; college marketing coursework preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative with marketing presentations; detail-oriented on applications and compliance.
• RealPage software knowledge a plus.
• LIHTC or Section 8 and mixed finance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospects and current residents by phone and in-person with a professional, positive demeanor.
• Develop print and internet marketing and advertising strategies.
• Daily follow-up on guest cards and lead tracking.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities and distribute materials.
• Facilitate move-in process including tours and lease signings.
• Assist with application verifications.
• Prepare marketing reports and conduct surveys.
• Ensure all transactions comply with Michaels policies and applicable laws.
