Michaels Organization is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support the Leasing Manager with branding and marketing programs. You will develop collateral, plan events, and assist with advertising strategies to drive occupancy.

The role emphasizes sales and marketing focus, customer service experience, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience with Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service.
• High School Diploma required; any college marketing coursework preferred.
• Needs to be heavy sales and marketing focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing Manager with national branding, programs and marketing goals.
• Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral and flyers.
• Plan, prepare and implement marketing and leasing events and social media activities.
• Execute monthly marketing calendars and initiatives.
• Develop product knowledge, fair housing and industry knowledge to meet leasing goals.
• Greet and answer inquiries from prospects and residents professionally.
• Develop print and internet marketing and advertising strategies.
• Daily follow-up on guest cards.
• Participate in outreach marketing and distribution of materials.
• Facilitate move-in process including tours and lease signing.
• Assist with lease file paperwork and verifications.
• Assist Leasing Manager with renewal campaigns.
• Conduct marketing surveys and competitive shop reports.
