Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing cycle, greet clients, assess needs, and provide tours of the community. You will process applications, review lease agreements, and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email to drive leasing success.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including weekends and the ability to tour the property with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with team collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information and scheduling maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
