Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and coordinate applications and renewals.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare reports, and help drive occupancy and community marketing initiatives while maintaining flexibility to meet weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well in a team.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including lease paperwork and move-in coordination.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours, and answer questions.
• Process applications and prepare/renew leases.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments and maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
