Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, greet clients, conduct tours, and handle applications and lease renewals. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, including weekends.

The position supports delivering outstanding service, coordinating with management on reports, deposits, and rent processing, while helping clients find the right home within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• May require valid driver’s license or state license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, and follow up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
