Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process and paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the community.
• Process applications and review lease agreements/renewals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports as directed by management.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly tone.
