Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing activities and help showcase our communities. You will greet clients, provide tours, process applications, prepare and review leases, and respond to inquiries with a customer-focused mindset.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and follow up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
