Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage the leasing process, greet clients, and provide property tours. You will handle applications, prepare lease agreements, and respond to inquiries with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Driver's license may be required; state license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of apartments and the community.
• Process applications, review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
