Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing, tours, and renter communications across our national portfolio. This role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and teamwork to meet move-in timelines.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), be proficient in MS Office, and be able to work weekends. A valid driver's license and potential state licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused and a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license and/or state license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process and move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of apartments.
• Process applications and review lease agreements/renewals.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, or email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned.
• Receive deposits and rent money, record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly tone.
