High Associates is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Representative to be the face of Orchard Ridge in Pottstown, PA. You will welcome visitors, handle apartments rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, and drive occupancy through proactive engagement with prospects and residents.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. Targeted rate is $20.00/hr, plus leasing commissions and renewal bonuses.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 6 months experience in multifamily community preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRI preferred.
• Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain property social media pages and website.
• Gather information about the property and surrounding community.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from guests.
• Lead tours of vacant or model apartments and highlight features and benefits.
• Continual follow up with each potential resident.
• Inspect vacant units and amenity spaces daily.
• Schedule and coordinate leasing signage.
• Support marketing outreach and attend outside events as needed.
• Actively promote resident retention programs and events.
• Perform administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team.
