Job summary

The High Companies, Orchard Ridge in Pottstown, PA, is seeking a Full-TimeResidential Leasing & Marketing Representative. You will welcome visitors, conduct tours, process leases and move-ins, and drive traffic to achieve maximum occupancy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 6 months experience in multifamily community preferred.
• Software skills: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MRI preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and addressing their needs to make them feel welcome.
• Maintaining property social media pages and website.
• Gathering information about surrounding community and competition.
• Responding to calls and emails; daily knock checks and prompt replies.
• Leading tours of vacant or model apartments and explaining features.
• Following up with potential residents and scheduling leasing activities.
• Inspecting vacant/models and amenity spaces daily.
• Coordinating leasing signage and marketing outreach.
• Promoting resident retention through events and programs.
• Performing administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team.
