Greystar in Clemson, SC is seeking an on-site Community Marketing and Leasing Manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic marketing, pricing, and the leasing process. • Directs community marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site leasing traffic, ready-to-rent inventory, rent pricing and concessions.
• Develops marketing plans and pricing strategies to improve occupancy and leases.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure appearance and safety of the community.
• Leads leasing process, qualifying prospects, preparing leases and move-ins.
• Monitors financials and reports to optimize leasing performance and share results.
