Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a onsite marketing and leasing leader in Clemson, SC to drive revenue, occupancy and resident retention. You will oversee advertising, pricing, leasing activity, and a team of leasing professionals while coordinating with maintenance and property operations.

The role focuses on developing short- and long-term marketing plans, optimizing unit readiness, and delivering strong leasing results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, maintains an inventory of ready apartments, and monitors leasing activity.
• Develops pricing, concessions, incentives and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Works with maintenance to ensure community standards and appearance.
• Leads leasing process: generates traffic, qualifies prospects, prepares leases and move-ins.
• Reviews financial and performance reports to optimize leasing performance and presents results to stakeholders.
