Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Marketing and Leasing Manager to direct the community’s marketing, advertising, leasing activities, and sales team to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The responsibilities include setting pricing, developing marketing plans, managing reports, coordinating with maintenance, and guiding the leasing process from prospecting to move-in.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic and ensuring an appropriate inventory of “ready” apartments.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy; implements pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Uses the Company’s property management software to generate sales and leasing reports to monitor results.
• Works with maintenance to ensure the physical community meets company standards and enhances marketability of units and the community.
• Actively participates in the leasing process by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, and completing move-in procedures.
