Job summary

Archway Communities seeks a Portfolio Leasing and Marketing Manager to develop and execute leasing strategies for affordable housing communities. You will lead marketing initiatives, oversee listings, and drive timely lease-ups while ensuring compliance across LIHTC, HUD, and PBV programs.

Responsibilities

• Leasing pipeline management for new developments, acquisitions, and stabilized properties.
• Lead marketing plans, branding, online listings, and lead generation efforts.
• Community outreach: build partnerships with organizations and housing authorities.
• Cross-department collaboration during pre-construction and leasing phases; ensure compliance.
• Support training, process improvements, and consistency across leasing functions.
